Psychotherapy in Spanish & English
London Bridge & East Dulwich

Richmond & East Dulwich

It is difficult to know why you might be seeking for therapy, it could involve feeling distress, anxious, angry, depressed or in despair. It might also be a life event which brings you along, which has left you in an unexpected place, presenting you with difficult problems, feelings and choices.

Psychotherapy can help provide perspective, make sense of these changes and provide a basis for moving on.

About me…

My background is in Arts and Literature. I´m an UKCP accredited Existential Psychotherapist, and also registered with BACP. I’m fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker.

I've worked with adults from different backgrounds dealing with a wide range of issues, such as depression, loss, bereavement, suicide, sexual, emotional or physical abuse, low self-esteem, anxiety, difficulty in relationships, identity problems, trauma. My clinical experience is in the NHS, charity sector such as the Wimbledon Guild, Mind and Kids Company and private practice.

I was granted a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy at Regent's University, London. At the same time, completed a training in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) at the Anna Freud Centre.

My approach

My approach consists in exploring together your experience, and how you approach your life, problems and relationships. We are trying to understand the effect those habitual ways of being and relating to the world, are affecting your life now.
It is a process of dialogue, where by listening to yourself more closely, new understanding of your experience can be brought forth, insight can be achieved and new possibilities encountered.

I like to work with embodiment, dreams, using art and metaphors, but most important of all is that you feel free to use this space in your own way and at your own pace.
